If you need to update your payment information, you can do it from within your account!
- Log into your account at https://hearnow.com/auth/login
- Click EDIT on the title(s) you're canceling the HearNow service on
- Click ACCOUNT SETTINGS
4. You will get a selection of options. Click on "Update Payment Info". BONUS: Here, you can also see your subscription type "Annual" or "Monthly".
5. You will have the option to "Switch to Credit Card" if you are using Paypal or update the existing Credit Card. You will be asked for the card number, expiration date, CVV and billing zip code.
6. Update and you're done!
Will updating one active title's payment method, update all my active titles in my HearNow account?
No. Each title CAN have a different payment method. You will need to update each active title's payment method if you need to stay current.
Can I change my subscription plan?
Yes! But you will need to contact our Support Team to have this updated. You can open a ticket with us here and select "Accounting" from the drop-down menu.
